Description:
The Burst & Zick device Type A 040 B-NC was constructed for the automatical insertion of solder lugs. The individual stroke sequence is program-controlled. The solder lugs are fed into the device on punch stripes, so no additional material and wage costs for threading the solder lugs on wire will arise.
The device is able to process all kind of solder lugs on punch stripes with standard dimensions and forms. After a slight alternation, solder lug stripes, which deviate from standard, can also be processed. To do this, you simply have to replac the insertion head with stripe guide and the cutting tool, which is fast and easy to do. All driving parts and electrical switches belong to the main machine, and therefore, they do not have to be moved.
By the use of taped solder lugs, the bearing pedestal can pick up coils with up to 500 mm Ø. An adjustable conical ring centers the coil on the bearing pedestal. With a conveyor for bulk material, loose solder lugs are moved into the device. The device can be setup with one or two setting tools.
